KCI Works (formerly Kellogg Cabinets Inc) is excited to announce the addition of Charlie Caudill to the team and welcome C&M Millwork into our business family.
Charlie Caudill, Founder and President of C&M Millwork, is joining the KCI Works team, bringing with him 25 years of experience helping companies create custom millwork solutions. Charlie founded C&M in 2001 and over the company’s 18-year existence they designed and fabricated architectural millwork pieces for a variety of industries, including hotel, hospitality, corporate office environments, residential manufacturing, and more. C&M’s versatility and focus on quality helped the company become one of the most trusted custom millwork partners in the state.
A return to KCI acts as a bit of a homecoming for Charlie, as he worked for then Kellogg Cabinets Inc for several years in the late 90’s.

The merger also includes the addition/expansion of equipment and personnel to the KCI Works operation. It’s all part of KCI’s ongoing effort to meet the demands of their growing client and industry mix.
