Reynoldsburg City School District is committed to creating a culture that achieves the best academic and development outcomes for each student. With that in mind, the mission of the Food Service Department is to provide students and staff with meals that are nutritious, appetizing, and appealing. The food service area became part of the Rethinking school design program.

Strategy

The overall strategy was to design and implement a new food service program that would enhance each student’s daily dining experience. The approach to this would involve updating the layout, equipment, wall décor, millwork and graphics.

Result

Working collaboratively at the Reynoldsburg High School and Baldwin Middle School, C&T Design, KCI Works and Eclipse Corp provided the design, project management, fabrication and delivery of the décor, serving line equipment, millwork, and signage package. The signage package included wall décor and serving line panels.
