Strategy
The challenge was to fabricate and install an entry component to this unique condominium world that would reflect intersection of both a modern and traditional style.
The completed project created an environment that perfectly embodied the North Bank Condominium’s core values of style, sophistication and luxury. Each crafted millwork piece provided a sense of welcoming calm to every owner and guest that enters or leaves the lobby area.
Result
KCI WORKS collaborated with Construction Systems Inc., to fabricate, deliver and install the millwork package consisting of wall & ceiling panels, column surrounds, elevator panels, tv wall & cabinets and the reception area. The final result delivered a space that creates a sense of arrival and visually communicates the spirit of old meets new and reflects the unparalleled luxury that awaits at the Condominiums at North Bank. This new lobby has received high praise from owners, visitors and staff for the improved layout, lighting, seating, and overall aesthetic.
